California Tourism Month

Throughout California Tourism Month, May 1-31, 2025, Visit Temecula Valley will shine a spotlight on the key role our local businesses play in boosting our local economy and enhancing the quality of life of our residents.

Temecula welcomes more than 3-million visitors annually. This results in $1.1 billion dollars in travel spending and 9,500 tourism-related jobs. The tourism dollars the City receives through local taxes are used to improve the resident’s quality of life. This includes road improvements, law enforcement, new sidewalks, street lighting, park enhancements, and so much more thanks to our visitors!

We are encouraging locals to live like a tourist in their own town during the month of May. Sometimes we forget how great we have it living in Temecula.
