Submit an Event

Temecula Valley has a vast amount of events going on from day to day. To help those looking for things to do in Temecula Valley, please fill out the form below to submit an event to our calendar. Please allow around 48 hours for events to be approved.

TIPS FOR SUBMITTING EVENTS:

  • We frequently add events to our calendar. Before submitting an event please check to see if it is already listed on the website.  You can do a keyword search for your event in the search box above (click on the magnifying glass).
  • Our events calendar is meant for Temecula Valley events only. If you have an event outside of Temecula Valley please know it may not be approved.
  • full valid website URL (copy and paste from address bar) MUST be included so visitors can get more information about your event.
  • To be a “featured” event, it must be a seasonal event or a ticketed event with more than 200 attendees. (Events featured are at the discretion of VTV.)

IMAGE GUIDELINES:

All images must be submitted as a high resolution horizontal photo (no square or vertical images) at 1000 pixels wide or larger saved in a JPG format. Logos can not be used and any photos that contain text or logos will NOT be approved and you will be asked to resubmit your event form.  The reason we ask for images without text or logos is that they do not crop or display well on the website and it doesn't create a good user experience for our visitor.
