Continuing BJ Fazeli’s goal of merging ancient Persia with contemporary California, Baba Joon's Kitchen provides a unique – and extensive – Mediterranean Persian fusion menu that results in a perfect wine pairing experience. Many of the menu items were created by BJ Fazeli, reflecting his singular passion for the art of cooking and wine-pairing that gives traditional Persian ingredients and dishes an original twist and modern feel.

Baba Joon’s Kitchen Executive Chef Anthony Bartolotta, a New Yorker who lived in Europe for many years having worked at some of the top restaurants and wineries in Europe and the US, he has adapted BJ's recipes and expanded upon the Fazeli family’s vision by incorporating elements of Italian, French, Spanish and Greek cuisine into the menus.
