This brand new home, on the eastern edge of wine country, sits on a 5 acre piece of property, on a hill in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the countryside, San Jacinto, and San Bernardino mountains.

The space-

2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, and full kitchen. Coffee, tea, and biscuits available for breakfast. Bring groceries. No TV service provided but, Netflix, and Amazon are available with your own account passwords. Internet available. The house and yard are not child proof. No crib available.

Guest access-

3 miles to nearest winery, Central to both Rancho California and De Portola Wine Trails. Hiking trails all around the property. No fences, and miles of beautiful views. The property is hard to find at night, try to arrive before dark. When you turn on Mesa Dr. go 2 miles, there is a small street sign saying Via Estado, stay to the right on paved road.

Nearest grocery and gas station are about 10 miles away Cell service with Verizon is spotty. Your price of stay includes 10% Transient Occupancy Tax and 2% Wine Country Tax
