Hummingbird Inn is perfect in every way! The home is spacious, well appointed, everything is very comfortable, and the backyard is a private oasis. Theresa and Roger are amazing hosts. The best Airbnb experience we have had. Suitable for families with kids. Quiet time starts early so not great for parties but perfect for family rest and relaxation.

  The Hummingbird Inn was the perfect stay for four families! It was very easy to add twin beds to all five bedrooms and the primary bedroom is enormous. Bathrooms were also never an issue because there are four! The property is beautiful and peaceful. We honestly did not leave the house because the backyard feels like a resort and the kitchen was so well appointed. I would have zero reservations about booking Teresa and Roger's place again! It is the perfect place for reunions and get togethers with friends and family!

  Our annual family get together was a success thanks to Teresa & Roger’s amazing house. We really enjoyed the beautiful backyard with the large pool, surrounded by lots of seating and umbrellas for shade. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for our group of 7 adults and 5 kids. My sister and husband also took in the local wineries, which were 5-10min by car. Great stay!

  My family and I stayed at Teresa and Roger's place for a quiet, relaxing vacation and that is exactly what we got. The place is super close to many wineries, the house is fully stocked with anything you may need, and Teresa was very quick with responding to any questions I had before the trip and during the trip. Overall, it's a great find in Temecula!

  The Hummingbird Inn was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with wine and relaxation. Teresa and Roger have thought of everything and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Teresa was quickly responsive to all our queries. If I’m ever in the area again, there wouldn’t be a question - this is the place I’d stay again!

  We rented the property for my 30th birthday. We had 12 sleep so so comfortably. The property is so gorgeous, and the outdoor facilities and pool are amazing!!! Plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. We all had a great time and there was really sweet touches like makeup wipes in the bathrooms for the ladies, full coffee bar, etc. Some of my friends voices can travel so after the 10pm noise ordinance we stayed in doors but there’s plenty to do inside and we had a great time!!! Perfect Covid getaway to relax with friends and be away from the hustle and bustle!

  Being prior AirBnB hosts, we had high expectations coming in to our stay at Hummingbird Inn and the house, property, and Teresa exceeded our expectations! Teresa was great to work with and communicated very well with quick concise responses. My family loved the pool/spa and overall general feel of the house. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back again for another stay!! Awesome experience!

  A beautiful home that certainly surpassed our expectations. It had all the amenities needed for our cousin weekend. Location was the perfect distance from town as well as the local wineries. Communication was prompt and we had a wonderful time enjoying the back yard and the town of Temecula.

  Theresa and Roger's are quick to reply, easy communication! Theresa was there to reply right away when we needed something and was not left out. Very immaculate clean home something you see in movies, beautiful backyard and land! So much room in the home that ut slept my family and immediate family of 20! Yet there was still more room! Most of my family had infants and kids younger than 10. The kids loved every minute of the house!

  We had a great weekend and the location was perfect for wine tasting.
