I Know Temecula Valley

I Know Temecula Valley is an interactive program that is designed to provide some of the basic knowledge of Temecula Valley that front-line hospitality service employees should know in order to efficiently and effectively guide guests and visitors toward a fulfilling Temecula experience.  This program is a one-day tour of Temecula that includes transportation and lunch along with venue tours that will teach you the top things to do in our valley, Temecula's history, and much more. In these presentations, you will become more knowledgeable about these Temecula Valley experiences:

  • Southern California Wine Country
  • Old Town Temecula
  • Culinary Experiences
  • Special Events

With a more complete understanding of Temecula Valley Wine Country, member businesses will be better equipped and more comfortable selling one of our area’s greatest tourism assets, resulting in greater customer satisfaction, repeat business and increased sales.

I Know Temecula Valley takes place in Temecula Valley at various locations including Old Town and Wine Country. Those who are signed up to participate will be provided a detailed itinerary of the event that will specify arrival time, estimated time of completion, and places to be visited. The Visit Temecula Valley office in Old Town Temecula will typically be used as the pickup and drop-off location for the event.


Tourism matters! Temecula Valley Southern California Wine Country and its affiliated hospitality and tourism partners are the third largest employer in the area, yet there are many managers and staff that do not know all there is to know about this valuable segment of the local economy.
