Group Booking Offer: Book your group with a participating Temecula Valley hotel during 2020, and receive up to $1,200 Master Account Credit.

New Group:

$1,200.00 for 251+ actualized room nights
$800.00 for 151-250 actualized room nights
$500.00 for 101-150 actualized room nights
$300.00 for 51-100 actualized room nights
$150.00 for 30-50 actualized room nights

Repeat Group:

$600.00 for 251+ actualized room nights
$400.00 for 151-250 actualized room nights
$250.00 for 101-150 actualized room nights
$150.00 for 51-100 actualized room nights
$75.00 for 30-50 actualized room nights

Terms & Conditions:

The Group Booking Bonus can be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Book group or meeting with room nights with one of Temecula Valley’s qualifying hotels.
Peak room nights must be between Sunday-Thursday nights.
Incentive does not apply to programs that are already booked or contracted. New group bookings mean that the specific group has not been held in Temecula Valley during the previous three years.
Repeat group means that the specific group has been in Temecula Valley during the previous three years.
The organizer must include Visit Temecula Valley in the request for proposal (RFP) process when it is sourced to qualifying Temecula Hotels.
Visit Temecula Valley must receive a copy of the signed group contract in order for the Booking Bonus to be redeemed.
Maximum value is $1,200.00.
Group must be actualized within one (1) year of signed contract.
Credit will be paid directly to hotel after review of final group pick up.
Other restrictions may apply.
