Sandwiches can be served on Canyon House gluten-free bread or on E.A.T. Marketplace’s house-made grain free bread, made with almond flour.

With the launch of their new menu on May 2, Temecula’s Karl Strauss Brewing Company will now feature a variety of gluten-free and vegan menu options including appetizers, salads, and entrees. Gluten-free appetizers will include a Spicy Hummus with vegetables, Grilled Boneless Buffalo Wings, and Brussel Sprouts; the Spicy Hummus is also vegan. The Seared Ahi Salad, Mixed Organic Salad and Chopped Greek Salad are all gluten-free. Popular entree items for gluten-free diners include the Spicy Tofu Curry, Prime Top Sirloin and Blackened Salmon while popular vegan entrees include the Quinoa Rice Bowl and Veggie Linguine.

The onsite Meritage Restaurant, with stunning, panoramic views of wine country, features a scratch kitchen that caters to the dietary needs of all diners. Additional gluten-free options include their Adobo Pork Belly, all salads (skipping the croutons/wontons), Chicken Marsala or Fettuccine Bolognese, served with gluten-free pasta, or Orange Ginger Glazed Salmon and Slow Roasted Short Ribs, served with extra veggies or fries instead of the polenta. Vegans can enjoy the House Salad (all dressings excluding the Caesar), the fresh Margherita Pizza (without cheese), and the popular House-made Hummus.
