E.A.T. Marketplace, located in Old Town Temecula, is a goldmine for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners. Plant-based guest favorites include Avocado Toast, with smashed avocado, olive oil, lemon, and salt & pepper on multi-grain toast; Roasted “Buffalo” Cauliflower, made with Chef K’s hot sauce, whipped bleu cheese dressing, and untraditional garnishes; Vegan "Kung Pow" Sammie, with seared tofu, pickled vegetables, and spicy peanut glaze on ciabatta roll; Vegan Chorizo with roasted eggplant, onions, concentrated tomatoes, cilantro, and cashew crema; the Tibetan Bowl, including grains, beans, tomato, guacamole, cauliflower, cucumber, cabbage-salad mix up, lime, and green goddess dressing, and of course, the E.A.T. donut- also vegan (and gluten-free). The onsite Creekside Grille boasts a wide range of gluten-free options, including popular favorites like their Baja Clams, a sweet and smokey sausage served in a smoked paprika butter sauce; the Creekside Burger, natural ground chuck topped with lettuce, onion, cabernet vinegar pickles, fiscalini white cheddar and house thousand island on a gluten-free seeded bun; Spaghetti Butternut Carbonara, a gluten-free spaghetti topped with pecan-smoked pork shoulder bacon, local butternut squash puree, local farm egg, and aged Monterey jack cheese; and the Cranberry Orange Crisp for dessert, a gluten-free crisp served with house-made pistachio ice cream and mint crystals.

Popular gluten-free options include the Salmon Salad, a baked Atlantic salmon served over a bed of mixed greens, fresh strawberries, and toasted almonds, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette; Fish Tacos, with grilled cod topped with shredded cabbage, lettuce, and house-made chile rojo, wrapped in warm corn tortillas; and their traditional Hamburger, lettuce-wrapped ground chuck, grilled to order, accompanied by onion, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and served with fresh fruit. Although vegan options are not on the menu, be sure to ask.
