Wine Academy - Summer Sangria Blending Class

Come join us for our popular hands-on, how to make Spanish Sangria class. Learn the history and blending theory in developing your own signature traditional red and more contemporary white sangria blends and be the legend of your neighborhood summer BBQs! Vineyard Manager, Greg Pennyroyal will bring his experience as a trained herbalist to infusing your Sangria with flavor and health enhancing botanicals and Winemaker, Kristina Filippi, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, will bring her culinary and wine blending expertise to the blending and pairing of traditional Spanish tapas. This Spanish tradition is a feast for the senses and will liven up your summer entertaining.
