The Vineyard Rose Restaurant at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa warmly welcomes family and friends to enjoy the season's bounty prepared by Executive Chef José Esparza working with Master Winemaker Jon McPherson on wine friendly festive pairings. It's a chic, cozy setting for toasting with award-winning sparkling wines like Blanc de Noir and Blanc de Blanc. This year's traditional feast starts with a choice of Acorn Squash Bisque with pumpkin seed cream or Bouquet of Tender Greens with figs, goat cheese, toasted almonds, crisp butternut and maple vinaigrette. The four entrée selections are Slow Roasted Turkey Breast with potato puree, herb stuffing, yams and cranberry sauce; Seared Salmon with white bean cassoulet, pancetta and crispy leeks; Roasted Pork Loin accompanied by farro mushroom risotto and wilted spinach; and Slow Roasted Prime Rib with herb roasted potatoes, garden seasonal vegetables and creamy horseradish. The sweet finale features Espresso Crème Brûlée topped with fresh berries and mint or Traditional Pumpkin Pie topped with caramel and pecan crumble.
