The Vineyard Rose Restaurant welcomes New Year’s Eve revelers to celebrate the coming of 2020 with an elegant Four-Course dinner and live musical entertainment. The festivities begin with either Roasted Beets & Burrata with wild rocket arugula, lemon oil and candied pecans or Roasted Cauliflower & Potato Soup with applewood bacon and chive oil. Guests then select between Roasted Duck Confit with tarragon potato mousseline, baby leeks, Romanesco and blood orange reduction or Butternut Ravioli topped with spiced nutmeg reduction, toasted pignolias, pomegranate and sage. Entree is Braised Short Rib with creamy polenta, roasted brussels, wild mushrooms and natural jus; Seared Arctic Char with tarragon potato mousseline, English peas, heirloom carrots and nage reduction;Petit Filet and Scallop with pommes dauphinoise, asparagus, cauliflower and Black Jack Port reduction; or Spicy Italian Penne Pasta with spicy sausage, tomato, cream and scallion. The oh-so-sweet Dessert is Raspberry-Peach Crisp with brown sugar granola, vanilla ice cream and mint.
