When: Friday November 8, 2024 | 6:00-9:00 pm

Location: Ponte Winery Barrel Room

Four-course wine pairing dinner hosted by our winemaker, Arnaud Debons, featuring a wine sample of Cabernet Franc from our large oak wine cask and our newly released 2022 Merlot.

Live music will be featured throughout the evening. Cocktail or business attire is suggested.

Cabernet Franc - cask sample!

Phyllo cups with sausage, spinach, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese

Mushrooms stuffed with ricotta cheese, mascarpone, parsley, and mixed vegetables with a creamy porcini mushroom sauce

First Course 

2022 Chardonnay

Butternut squash soup topped with crème fraiche served in a house-made sourdough bread bowl

Second Course

2022 White Pinot Noir

Linguine al Limone - linguine with lemon butter sauce and prawns, garnished with wilted kale and a parmesan crisp  

Entrée

2022 Merlot - new release!

Filet of beef tenderloin served with a cabernet mushroom sauce, green bean bundle, and a yukon gold and sweet potato dauphine

Dessert

2022 Late Harvest 

Coffee-crusted caramel crème brûlée
