Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are merry days to enjoy memorable holiday dining with those near and dear in Temecula Valley – “amidst-the-vines” in style. At South Coast Winery Resort & Spa’s The Vineyard Rose Restaurant, the Christmas three-course special menu features seasonal celebratory entrée favorites to be heartily enjoyed a choice of starter and dessert and paired with fine South Coast Winery award-winning wines, such as Wild Horse Peak Petite Sirah, Reservoir Block and South Coast Winery Sauvignon Blanc. Entrée choices include Slow Roasted Turkey Breast with potato puree, herb stuffing, yams, cranberry sauce and gravy; Seared Citrus Herb Salmon accompanied by sweet potato duo, wilted spinach, citrus herb reduction; Maple Glazed Roasted Pork Loin with soft mascarpone polenta, warm grape and raisin salad, braised baby leeks; and Slow Roasted Rib Eye with herb roasted potatoes, garden seasonal vegetables, au jus and creamy horseradish.
