Bubbles & Brine Dinner

This summer Corbeaux invites you to a special Summer Dinner where we explore seafood and sparkling wines from around the world. From Champagne, France to Ioannina, Greece we will explore the vast variety of bubbles from different regions, winemaking styles and varietals.

The dining experience will begin with a sparkling wine or cocktail paired with our amuse bouche. This will be followed with 5 seafood centric courses, exploring caviar, scallops, prawns and everything in between. Each course will be paired with a different sparkling wine from around the world and each dishes flavor and identity will be inspired by the area the wine came from.
