The whole family will be delighted with the bountiful selection of Easter dining at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa’s The Vineyard Rose Restaurant, along with Easter Egg Hunts and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. Breakfast choices include made-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Heartier dishes abound, including Grilled Chicken with herb rice pilaf and piccata sauce; Atlantic Salmon with heirloom baby carrots, cauliflower confetti and citron reduction; and Penne Pasta Primavera with zucchini, squash and South Coast Winery olive oil.
