Stone House and Stone Meadows at Temecula Creek Inn (up to 250 guests)
Located beside the Rainbow Gap on 350 private acres/141 private hectares, the Temecula Creek Inn (TCI) resort is noted for its nature-inspired guestrooms and suites featuring rustic wine country furnishings, and for its 27-hole championship golf course. Midweek group venues include the unique Stone House and the new Stone Meadows.

Handsomely appointed and situated among towering oak trees, the Stone House is a secluded 180-year-old building constructed of granite and stone. Its rustic elegance is a natural choice for retreats, planning meetings, wine dinners, and team-building activities.

With 14,000 square-feet/1,300 square-meters of outdoor event space, the new Stone Meadows venue features mountain and golf course views; it is easily accessible from the lodge yet sheltered by eucalyptus, oak, and juniper trees. Companion to the dining arbor is a social lounge deck with plush outdoor seating. Stone Meadows is ideal for group luncheons and afternoon receptions, and with its well-lit trees - for dinners and evening receptions, as well.

Barrel Room at Monte de Oro Winery (up to 200 guests)
Monte de Oro Winery & Vineyards is a stunning Temecula Valley wine country estate. With its glass ceiling, the subterranean Monte de Oro barrel room is a truly unique midweek location for group events. Stacked oak barrels reach from the floor to the ceiling, and the space is naturally elegant in muted color tones. The Monte de Oro barrel room is excellent for full-day meetings punctuated by breaks, luncheons, and celebratory dinners. Monte de Oro also offers two smaller, private breakout or banquet rooms (up to 60 guests each) with vaulted barrel ceilings and sets of French doors leading to an exclusive private patio with working fireplaces.

Monte de Oro customizes menus for each group and is noted for its local, California fresh, bistro cuisine. The winery also offers groups activities such as private wine tasting, blind wine tasting, wine blending, and seasonal grape stomps.

Journey's End at Pechanga Resort (20 to 180 guests)
With architecture reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright, a relaxed resort harmony to the 400-acre/151-hectare resort footprint, and a multitude of AAA Four Diamond amenities, Pechanga Resort is also acclaimed for its catering and event services. Among Pechanga's unique midweek venues is the inviting Journey's End located in the clubhouse of the excellent Journey golf course (ranked as one of California's greatest courses by publications including GOLF Magazine and GolfWeek).

Journey's End is excellent for an evening reception and dinner. West-facing windows provide beautiful vistas of the golf course, native canyons, and the boulder-strewn mountains; and the outdoor patio allows guests to experience the night-sky stars. Barrel Room at Wiens Family Cellars (25 to 50 guests)
One of Temecula Valley Wine Country's certain wineries to visit for luxury red wines that strive to be of the highest quality in California is Wiens Family Cellars. Surrounded by vineyards and the rich textures of a winery setting, Wiens group events also feature beautiful wine and carefully crafted cuisine prepared from local ingredients.

The Barrel Room at Wiens evokes classic wine country ambiance. French and American oak barrels line the midweek venue that is ideal for full-day/multi-day meetings and conferences, and for formal dinners. Among menu offerings for groups is a soup-and-salad buffet featuring homemade soups; fresh, local greens and vegetables; baguette-like, freshly baked crusty bread and basil butter. Among specialty breaks is the "sanity break" that includes items like bruschetta, olive tapenade, and crostini, served with Wiens Sangiovese. Palumbo Family Vineyards & Winery (up to 18 guests)
Committed to small lot, handcrafted wines from varieties that are grown on small block, sustainably farmed wine vineyards, Palumbo Family Vineyards & Winery is one of Temecula Valley Wine Country's most highly regarded, artisanal wine estates. Specializing in full-bodied reds, the estate-grown and produced offerings include both single varietals and a few special blends.

For groups exclusively by advance appointment, the farm-elegant Palumbo Barrel Tasting, Tour, and Lunch is a premium varietal encounter. Guests discover the stylistic influences of owner/winemaker Nicholas Palumbo as well as the natural influence of "terroir." A private, barrel tasting follows an estate tour. Then a gourmet, seasonal picnic lunch with the winemaker is served on the Palumbo Patio overlooking the vineyard and with panoramic mountain views. The experience touches on all aspects of wine production from sustainable farming practices to hands-on small-lot winemaking.

Reserve Room at Callaway Vineyard & Winery (up to 20 guests)
At Callaway Vineyard & Winery, the time-honored Callaway tradition of using unusually cold temperatures during the fermentation to slow and prolong the process, allows Callaway wines to retain their natural, grape varietal, fruit flavors and aroma. The result is wines that are fruit forward and food friendly.

Callaway offers private, midweek, winery tours, wine tastings, and luncheons for visiting groups in the picturesque Reserve Room. The unique venue features a private patio overlooking the vineyards; and a private bar for wine tasting and wine-by-the-glass. Callaway estate appetizer and dinner menus are also available for groups. Callaway also features the newly renovated Chardonnay Room that can accommodate up to 60 guests. A large picture window affords views of the vineyards.

Barrel Room at Ponte Family Estate Winery (12 guests)
Ponte Family Estate Winery is surrounded by 310 acres/ 125 hectares of mature vineyards and by views of rolling hills. Ponte is a boutique producer, making wines in small lots; the wine country hospitality is down-to-earth and friendly.

Among Ponte unique, midweek venues is the Barrel Room. Oak barrels tower from floor to ceiling and the space features six giant oak casks. Structured with California-mission style architecture, the Barrel Room accommodates multiple meeting configurations. It works well for all-day and multi-day meetings and conferences, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, and dinners. Ponte provides a full array of catering services.

Exclusively by advance reservation, groups may tour the Ponte estate in the winery's new 12-passenger electric bus. Tour participants see where the grapes are grown and learn about the Ponte grape-growing philosophy. Also by advance reservation at Ponte are private group wine tasting, blind cheese and wine tasting, wine blending contests, hot air balloon rides, vineyard hayrides, and seasonal grape stomps.

V.I.P. Room at Falkner Winery (up to 18 guests)
Falkner Winery is one of Temecula Valley wine country's award-winning boutique wineries. Falkner attributes a reason for great, consistent style is the winery's willingness to continue to age its Temecula Valley wines until they meet Falkner's style and are very "drinkable."

An ideal Falkner Winery, midweek venue for executive outings and small unique parties is the V.I.P. Room located in the wine cave below The Pinnacle Restaurant. The V.I.P. Room is barrel-shape, with a cove ceiling, and brick façade. Richly appointed with knotty alder wood table, chairs, and wood flooring, the venue includes windows with a view of the Falkner barrel room. The V.I.P. room works well for all-day meetings and conferences, working lunches, and working dinners.

Falkner Winery and The Pinnacle Restaurant are recognized for outstanding Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and quality service. This acclaim extends to V.I.P. catered events. While menus can be customized to meet group needs, beautifully prepared, healthful menus consistent with a Mediterranean diet (use of olive oil, many fruits, and vegetables in the preparation, and fish and poultry as protein) are what Falkner Winery and The Pinnacle are most widely known for.
