The Temecula Rod Run revs Springfest into action the first weekend of March. Also on March 1 & 2, 2019, is Pechanga Resort Casino’s 11th annual Chocolate Decadence & Wine Festival. Visitors to this ticketed event can enjoy a wide array of chocolates and other decadent sweets while listening to live music and sipping on a variety of wines. The Wine Festival showcases notable and award-winning wines from California (including Napa Valley, Sonoma County, and Temecula) as well as abroad (including France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Australia, and New Zealand). Several regions around the world will be represented through chocolates, desserts and chocolate sculptures.

The event kicks off with a VIP Dining & Concert experience and continues with family-friendly all-day eating opportunities from some of the best Southern California restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Live entertainment and a kid-friendly fun zone round out the charity event that benefits local students.

April 28, 2019, De Portola Wine Trail celebrates its 10th anniversary for the Big Red Fest. This nine-winery wine tasting offers delicious nosh pairings with three red wines from each winery. Visitors can meet the winery owners, taste top quality red wines of the new vintage releases, and enjoy spectacular views and explore the five mile stretch on the southern part of Temecula Valley Wine Country.
