The Pechanga Buffet features interactive food stations offering a globally-inspired array of small plates, appetizers, main and side dishes and, of course, dessert. Favorite Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, as well as barbeque and rotisserie specialties grace the buffet. Several made-to-order stations also allow guests to customize their meals to their exact specifications. During brunch, the made-to-order waffle and omelet stations prove popular with diners. At lunch and dinnertimes, the made-to-order pasta and stir fry wok stations are hot spots at the restaurant. Each day, the Pechanga Buffet also offers 20 different decedent dessert selections, all freshly made at the resort's in-house bakery. Pastry chefs bake approximately 10,000 cookies per day at Pechanga. One popular stop inside the buffet is the make-your-own sundae bar with two varieties of soft serve ice cream, candy toppings and an array of ice cream syrups.
