Easter Champagne Brunch at Falkner's Pinnacle Restaurant on April 20th

Now with being voted "Best Restaurant"  for 8 years in a row from readers of Inland Empire Magazine and the "Diner's Choice Award for 2014" from Open Table diners, the hill-top Pinnacle Restaurant at Falkner Winery announces that they will once again be offering their very popular Easter Champagne Brunch instead of their normal menu.  This year the menu will include many Mediterranean style food offerings since recent health studies have shown the dietary benefits that Mediterranean food has to offer.  The brunch will consist of multiple food stations and be available for reservations from 10am to 3:30pm.  All food will be prepared by their award winning "Best Chef", Executive Chef Gianni Ciciliot and his excellent staff.  As the name implies, Champagne will be part of the meal along with other beverage options including discounted wine by the glass. Live entertainment will also be provided.  Special Easter gifts will be given to all children upon arrival.  The Brunch will include items such as:

  • Fresh Seafood including Cocktail Shrimp, Crab Claws, and Smoked Salmon
  • Deluxe Carving Station featuring both House-Rubbed Top Sirloin and Roast New Zealand Grass-Fed Lamb Leg in Mint Pesto, all sliced to order
  • Omelet/Egg Station for made-to-order selections
  • Belgium Waffles with Whipped Butter, Syrup and Mixed Berry Compote
  • Breakfast Sausage and Bacon
  • Assorted Selection of Fresh Sliced Fruits with Honey Cinnamon Yogurt Sauce
  • Oven Roasted Salmon with Wild Mushroom Sauce
  • Mahi Mahi with Chipotle Lime Cream Sauce
  • Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast with Lemon Caper Sauce
  • Chef's Selection of Assorted Vegetables
  • Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Salads with Various Lettuces, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Garlic Croutons, Parmesan, and Balsamic and Riesling Dressings
  • Assorted Imported and Domestic Cheese Display with Dried Fruit & Nuts
  • Assorted Breads, Bagels, Muffins, Danish Pastries
  • Dessert Station featuring "Create Your Own" Crepe Station with Fresh Fruit, Chocolate, Assorted Sauces and Toppings
  • Assorted Delectable Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, and Tarts
  • Special Children items including Chicken Tenders & Penne Pasta

All guests over 21 will receive a complimentary glass of Champagne.  Non-alcoholic beverages are included for the under 21 crowd.  Cost is $49.95 per person plus tax (Wine Club members and their guests are $44.95+).  Children 3-10 are $19 plus tax (Wine Club $15+) and free for children under 3.  Reservations should be made by calling 951-676-8231 ext. 1 or online at their website of www.falknerwinery.com.   Reservations are available from 10 am-3:30pm.
