The new menu includes some new and revamped appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pastas, entrées, and desserts. Staying with their Mediterranean/American food theme, Chef Gianni also introduces a Crispy Brussel Sprout appetizer and a Cold Noodle Salad. The Chef also added a new Mediterranean Risotto with tomato, fresh basil, and artichokes drizzled with white truffle oil. New entrées include Seared Ahi Steak with asparagus & sun-fried tomato risotto, grilled broccolini, and an artichoke basil lemon sauce; Pan Seared Duck Breast with a goat cheese risotto, baby fennel, and a plum-sun-dried cherry sauce; and Charbroiled Certified Black Angus Rib Eye Steak with Spanish risotto, grilled broccolini, and a Falkner Amante reduction. Finish your meal with the new dessert of Berries in Port consisting of blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries marinated in Falkner Port and topped with a lemon lime soft custard sauce. In addition to these great new entrées the Pinnacle has also added some new Gluten Free and Vegan menu items.
The Pinnacle has an extensive list of Falkner wines to accompany all your dishes with specific wine recommendations for each item. Five craft beers are also available. Also, the Pinnacle continues to offer a "weekend special" with a different entrée each month and special preparations each week available Friday through Sunday. From their beautiful hill-top location, diners at the Pinnacle can relax in either in-door air conditioned comfort or outside balcony dining while enjoying the spectacular views of Temecula Wine Country. Falkner Winery is a premium winery in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Since opening in July 2000, the winery has gained distinction in Wine Country for its spectacular views and award winning wines, great restaurant, wine tasting classes, private tours, and private venues such as parties and weddings. The tasting room is open daily from 10am to 5pm with tours available on weekends and by appointment. Normal restaurant hours are 11:30am to 3:30pm daily.
